    Senior Manager of Corporate Security

    Responsibilities:

    • Deploying and maintaining corporate web-based security cameras and access control systems at all company facilities and offices, to include ensuring monthly maintenance, system security and upgrades, and confirming the full access list and the associated vetting has been completed;

    • Working with local points of contact to manage the guard forces at all offsite production facilities, to encompass full performance, staffing, and timely and full completion of all Security Incident Reporting;

    • Manage security incident Investigations to encompass known or suspected instances of theft, vandalism, unauthorized entry, drug use, and similar illegal activities and/or violations of company policies;

    • Developing and maintaining productive relations with law enforcement agencies local to company facilities;

    • Researching and drafting site-by-site and corporate-wide Physical Security Risk Assessments, presenting recommendations to management, and working with local stakeholders to implement changes as agreed.

    • Ensuring full compliance with and updating, as needed, the Corporate Physical Security Guidelines Policy and site-by-site Post Orders.

    • Successful candidates for this key role must have a high degree of integrity and capacity to work independently, under tight time constraints.

    • Someone with the ability to collaborate and work effectively with diverse, multi-cultural groups would be a good fit for this role.

    • Time management skills are a must, as well as the ability to be flexible and creative.

    • Responds to requests for information on Corporate Security policies, practices, guidelines and standards.

    • Ability to work well under minimal supervision.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or related experience preferred.

    • 3-6 years of law enforcement/ security experience to include assignments to investigative units and at least 2 years of management investigative experience or any combined experience.

    • Previous experience as a Physical Security and Corporate Security Manager preferred.

    • Proven ability to lead and manage security vendors.

    Must be experienced with all types of investigation, be able to work independently of supervision and work well with local, state and federal law enforcement and judicial prosecutors.

    • Comprehensive knowledge of current security and emergency response techniques, issues, equipment, procedures and security threats.

    • Experience with management of risks and controls for security and facility related processes.

    • Substantial professional experience designing, building, and running effective and efficient security programs; knowledge of best-in-business surveillance and access-control solutions and systems.

    • Strong analytic and writing skills; must be an excellent writer and briefer and comfortable dealing with senior executives.

    • The position will be expected to undertake travel as needed to other company sites.

    • Ability to exercise judgment and discretion in developing, applying and interpreting internal policies and procedures.

    • Proven track record of complex problem solving and decision-making ability.

    • Ability to manage situations of catastrophic failure or of a high risk and critical nature.

    • Ability to develop consensus and effectively collaborate with team members, IT management and Business Leaders.

    • Experience with Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc).

    • ASIS International certification as a Certified Protection Professional (CPP), a Physical Security Professional (PSP) or a Professional Certified Investigator (PCI) would be beneficial.

    Armed, Experienced Security Officer

    Job Description

    OVERVIEW:

    • Highly Paid, Armed Security Officer

    • Shifts are 12-hours, Five Days a week-Monday through Friday, some Saturday's are required

    • 20 Hours overtime guaranteed per week

    • Time and a half is paid for hours worked in excess of 40 hours

    • Shifts occur outside on a border project, near El Paso

    • Temporary assignment that may be one month to a year

    Security Officer

    Provide static perimeter security and roving security patrols for security project. Actively support and uphold the Company’s stated vision, mission, and values.

    Essential Functions

    • Perform the day-to-day protective security functions as specified in daily post and detail orders

    • Carries and operates weapons as specified in daily post and detail orders, or upon orders from the detail leader or shift leader

    • Guard security site against damage, fire, theft, trespassing, illegal entry, exit, and unlawful attacks.

    • Patrol premises to ensure that the site is properly secured

    • Verification and identification of employees and other persons entering the site.

    • Inspect and properly store equipment

    YETI is looking for a very motivated Security & Safety Manager to serve as the single point of contact for physical security and environmental health and safety for all YETI facilities in the United States included corporate offices, retail stores and manufacturing/warehouse sites. You will be responsible for directing and coordinating activities relating to the protection, safeguarding and security of company assets, employees, invitees and others; as well as implementing and monitoring safety and security policies, procedures and programs.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop preventative security policies and procedures; implement emergency action and contingency plans; facilitate employee emergency preparedness education and training programs

    • Perform, arrange and supervise corporate security services and direct contract security officers and executive protection agents assigned to YETI facilities from time to time

    • Provide direct response to emergency situations such as, reports of unwanted persons, evacuations due to severe weather, workplace violence threats, public demonstrations, burglar alarms and hostile employee terminations etc.

    • Oversee physical site security systems including planning, installation, upgrades and maintenance of intrusion alarms, duress devises, surveillance cameras and access card readers

    • Perform routine audits of security access credentials for each site and closely monitor external access requests to high security spaces; monitor and review video surveillance footage as requested by management

    • Build community partnerships with local law enforcement fire and other agencies as it relates to the safety security at YETI facilities and/or YETI’s personnel

    • Conduct on-site risk assessments and job hazard analysis’ to identify potential hazards and vulnerabilities to our employees, clients, the public and environment

    • Facilitate implementation of safe work techniques, effective safety methods and processes, evaluating performance management, training and regulatory compliance

    • Ensure that all sites maintain compliance with all OSHA recordkeeping requirements; upkeep of all EHS data, files and correspondence

    • Oversee EHS and/or OSHA investigation process to ensure all paperwork is completed properly, processes are followed, and timely follow-up occurs

    Qualifications:

    • 7+ years of combined experience in executive protection and corporate security OR served as a Commissioned Officer or Senior Non-Commissioned Officer (E-6+) in the military.

    • Must possess working knowledge of OSHA/DOT/EPA regulations pertaining to Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations.

    • Embodies integrity, professionalism, and high ethical standards

    • Physically fit; candidates must at least meet minimum physical requirements to be considered for this opening.

    • Experience with and knowledge of Access Control, Intrusion Detection, and Video Surveillance systems including installation and configuration.

    Responsibilities

    • Coordinate and assist in drafting the Club’s Master Security Plan for operations, policies and procedures regarding the Club’s safety and security program.

    • Develop and maintain current governance and policy to ensure the safe and private operation of the Club business and of the respective members.

    • Play a key role identifying any and all security threats, hazards, risks, and vulnerabilities and developing mitigating strategies to help counter any threat, while ensuring the security team maintains effective situation awareness.

    • Develop key procedures and policies to prevent unauthorized access to the Club that could lead to malevolent intent and designed to be proactive in addressing loss prevention and theft from Club premises. 

    • Assist and coordinate efforts in researching and making recommendations regarding security technologies, systems, uniforms, equipment, devices, to include vehicle and person access control, perimeter security and effective CCTV coverage, design of a Security Operations Center and a key management crisis response plan.

    • Develop an effective and cost efficient plan regarding security and loss prevention during the construction and operational phases of the Club development.

    • Assist COO and CFO in preparing any Request for Proposals regarding security products or services.

    • ·Assist Club COO and CFO with creating security budgets through various phases of the Club’s development.

    • If Club management decides to use armed security contractors, Security Director will lead efforts to ensure compliance, training and qualifications, procedures, rules of engagement, less than deadly force options, insurance and other requirements for armed personnel.  This effort may include consulting with a qualified 3rd party advisor. 

    • Provide hands-on and daily operational security management of the security team, leading a proactive approach in best securing the Club the assets located within the confines of the property’s boundaries.

    • Assist in identifying and recruiting security personnel as needed to maintain effective staffing levels during day to day operations and during peak times i.e., events, increased members on property. 

    • Coordinate the executive protection of VIP members and guests, ensuring their comfort, safety and privacy.  Implement a security program that will ensure the highest levels of confidentiality.   

    • Oversee risk management and occupational health and safety to mitigate any risk associated with The Club activities during construction and transition to residential occupancy and special events.

    • Provide command, control and coordination of any critical incident that occurs on property and ensure key Club and Corporate management are notified and updated.  Work alongside with local emergency services agencies, ensuring legal is informed of their involvement when working within the confines of the Club property. 

    • Supervise internal investigations regarding security and safety on property and report findings to The Club COO and CFO, and if required, the CEO and partners.

    • Maintain a geopolitical and security intelligence capability and provide security analysis for consideration to The Club COO, CFO, CEO, partners and investors.

    • Develop and maintain key relationships with external stakeholders such as local, state and federal Law Enforcement officials and other local security management representatives in order to receive, share and coordinate related security and law enforcement intelligence.

    • Develop operational orders and conduct staff briefing prior to any major Club events on or off property.

    • Manage information security in coordination with the IT team to protect the privacy and confidentiality of members and guests.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice or in a Security related discipline

    • Executive Protection experience of 10 years or more and graduate of a recognized EP school or academia

    • Prior Police and/or Military experience including special operations at the command level

    • Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish skills
