Beau, was born in Kansas City, Missouri. He enlisted into the United States Army upon completion of high school in 2000. He served in several positions to include a Military Police Staff Sergeant (Field and Garrison) and a team member of a U.S. Army MP Brigade Special Reaction Team (Primary Entry and Primary Sniper/Marksman). His duties consisted of the completion of multiple training courses and exercises. Where it was founded he was capable of, but not limited to physical security for designated individuals, installations/facilities, react to barricaded subjects, sniper incidents, conduct counter terrorism operations and drug raids. Aaron O’Neill spent 8 years in the Army and completed two tours overseas. His first was a 12 months tour in Kosovo as a team member on a personal security detachment for the commander of multinational brigade east. His second was a 16 months tour operating on a nine man forward security element with a specialty in IED jamming and detection on convoys throughout the Al Anbar province of Iraq from the borders of Syria and Jordan to the streets of Ramadi. Mr. Flythe is a graduate (w/honors) of the prestige Executive Security International (ESI) institute, a Level IV Personal Protection Officer (PPO) and a Level III Commissioned Security Officer trained in the state of Texas and understands the dynamic changes of security and personal protection. In May 2018, Jermaine Flythe retired from the U.S. Army after 21 years of service as an Intelligence Specialist where he achieved the rank of Chief Warrant Officer Three (CW3). Mr. Flythe completed a year (May 2018 to June 2019) tour as a contractor in Afghanistan as the Project Manager for security teams that supported Special Operation Command teams and provided Personal Security Details (PSD) for an Air Force General Officer and staff. Jermaine holds a Bachelor of Science in Security Management from American Military University (AMU); an Associates of Science in Intelligence Operations from Cochise College and a Certified Protection Specialist (C.P.S.) from ESI and Special Events Contingency Planning for Public Safety training through FEMA. He is a seasoned Bodyguard that is skilled in Close Protection, Travel Security, Intelligence Behavior, Evacuation Planning, Weapon Tactics (Handgun and Rifles), Physical Security, Physical Fitness, First Aid/AED and Gentleman Etiquettes.
